Russ is well known throughout Canada as a two-time World Curling Champion.  His intensity and strategy have set him apart from other competitors as he has set the record for most wins as a Skip at the Brier, the Canadian Mens' Curling Championship.  Russ' love for the game extends to his family - with both teenagers being keen competitors in the sport.  Wendy & Russ have competed in two Canadian Mixed Championships,  representing New Brunswick in 2000 and 2001.  Russ is a Professional golfer and owned and operated his own Golf Pro Shop for many years in his home town of Midland, Ontario.  In 1998, he had an opportunity to move to New Brunswick to become the Director of Golf at the Royal Oaks Estates and Golf Club.  As construction of the course was delayed, Russ began his real estate career, selling condominiums, townhouses and building lots at Royal Oaks.  Five years later, Russ licensed with the Greater Moncton Real Estate Board and so began the concept of TEAM HOWARD - Wendy and Russ working together throughout the entire Greater Moncton and surrounding areas.

Wendy's background is one of a Health Care professional who specialized in developing Quality Assurance and Risk Management programs.   Wendy's dedication to quality service has been an asset not only in the building of their Pro Shop Business, but also in the way they deal with their Real Estate clients.   New opportunities developed for Wendy as a result of their move to Moncton, NB.  An avid supporter of Russ' curling teams over the years,  Russ was ecstatic that Wendy had the opportunity to compete at the 2000 and 2001 Canadian Mixed Championships and very proud when she won the Sportsmanship Award at the 2001 Canadian Mixed. Another opportunity developed at Royal Oaks when Russ asked Wendy to assist  him with Open Houses at the model condo.  Wendy developed a love for real estate and within a few short months was actively building a successful Real Estate career, based on customer service, honesty and hard work.   In only her second year, Wendy achieved the Bronze Award, in her third year the Gold Award.
